Week 9 Excuses & Results

Hey guys, I don't have much to write this time around.  It's been a trying week personally and professionally, and I just have a lot on my mind, but I wanted to post results.  I worked out twice this week, and maintained...no lbs lost, no lbs gained.  I am holding at 158.

I'm sure that I will have things to add before my week 10 wrap-up.

  1. i hurt myself last week - strained a shoulder while doing bench press - and my right SI joint acted up - limped for a few days - so i'm up 3 lbs..

    next week i start my new schedule and it's going to free up alot of time for me to get back on the ball :)

  2. I know work is crazy nuts right now - lots of changes & lots of rumors flying too :( But I'm very proud of your for sticking with your efforts to lose weight. I wish I would. You'll be even more fabulous than you already are - wait...is that possible?!?!?! You'll reach your goal in plenty of time I am sure of it! :)

  3. Oooh Steve,does this mean that your schedule will be free enough that we can both burn some calories while I kick your butt at D&B Basketball (alas, again...)????? I hope that you feel better.

    Jill, thanks for the encouragement. Dude...I am totally not feeling "fabulous" right now. It was a tough week, not only with work: My daughter got hurt falling off of a scooter, so I was worried that she had a broken arm (it turned out to be a sprain); I dealt with an obnoxiously ridiculous amount of douchebags in and out of work this week; and I think that I am going through a mid-life crisis--no, I'm not trying to date 25 year old men or contemplating plastic surgery, I am just finding that I am "lost." More on that later, I am sure.
